This is my book of poems. These poems are for the purpose of release, entertainment, and able to be related to. Read these poems for a laugh, an escape, maybe a cry. I hope you like them. :)

Knowing that I get a chance to be better, and to do better than the life I was given at first is my biggest motivation in this world, it is all I hang on to every bad day I have.

Lily is a young woman who dreams of becoming an actress. She auditions for the lead role in the upcoming play, "Reach The Stars," and impresses the director with her monologue. After weeks of waiting, she receives a callback audition and reads a scene with another actor, Alex. The chemistry between them is palpable, and Lily is eventually cast as Emily in the play. Rehearsals start, and Lily pours her heart and soul into her performance. Finally, opening night arrives, and Lily delivers her lines with passion and emotion, captivating the audience. When the final curtain falls, the theater erupts in thunderous applause, and Lily takes a bow, tears streaming down her face. She had done it. She had reached the stars.

Could one text change everything? I know for sure in my case, it could. It came from an unknown number. One text message that gave me all the hope I thought I needed. "Hey, I found your number..."

He pulled me from my depression, and save my life. This poem was writen for the one of the most important persons in my life. Even though you have passed I will always love you. Thank you my protector.
