"Fragmented" is a poetry book that dives deep into the traumas and metal health struggles of the author. It was made with the intend to spread mental health awareness as well as let people know they aren't alone. This book specifically highlights struggles with perfectionism, depression, Eating disorders, abandonment, and heartbreak. Many people are affected by mental health and although you may not be able to see the pain like physical marks like cuts or bruises; it is still something that drastically affects people everywhere. With that said I hope this book helps someone out there.

It's OK to feel alone sometimes. Feeling alone is natural, until the feeling becomes consistent. This side of alone is not just a feeling, but a way of life. A horrible solitary life that isn't easily spotted by many.

Some conversations can be really life-changing. This story revolves around one such conversation where stress in on the fact that perspective is all that matters in life.

Will the past catch up? Or will the past stay in the past? This is such a terrible description but oh well. I own nothing but my OC Jenn Halstead and a few others I cannot tell yet ;) and the story line. The rest belong to Dick Wolf and/or Chicago P.D I'm terrible sorry TW! Will contain panic attacks, cutting, substance abuse, mention of rape, swearing, blood, and many other things. If you don't like any of these I suggest for you to not read. This is also my first fanfiction, it might contain grammatical errors. I'll attempt to update atleast once a month maybe once every two weeks as I am busy with work.
