This is a collection of personal diary entries from my early teen years to the present day, with stories about my life interspersed to explain certain details. So, this is the story of my life I suppose. I decided to put this out into the world as a way to maybe find others who are struggling and show myself and them that none of us are alone, however little I believe that in the current moment.

Most of these won't be mine but I'm really struggling right now with fake friends and other stuff. ‼️If you are sensitive to this stuff please don't read if it will be a trigger‼️

"Fragmented" is a poetry book that dives deep into the traumas and metal health struggles of the author. It was made with the intention to spread mental health awareness as well as let people know they aren't alone. This book specifically highlights struggles with perfectionism, depression, Eating disorders, abandonment, and heartbreak. Many people are affected by mental health and although you may not be able to see the pain like physical marks {cuts or bruises}; it is still something that drastically affects people everywhere. With that said I hope this book helps someone out there.

This is a short story about mental illness and how hard it can be to reach out for help. If this helps just one person out there then it will all be worth it.

In a society where the youth tends to struggle with their emotions and keep everything within themselves, this book will voice it out for you. The readers will ask for any particular topic. Any emotion or feeling. I will try to explain it to you and word it out for you. As best as I can. Your opinion will not go to waste. It is like an act of reaching out to all of us youngsters who find life hard and need some positivity and the ability to relate to what they think or feel. It's not a story about life but a source of offering a helping hand to all those who feel alone. This book will help you to understand what you are feeling and perhaps help you get over it. The Fight never ends within the mind while darkness lives inside it. While some might argue that this is an illness that needs fixing, others may argue that there's nothing to fix. In defense of the ladder, what if becoming acquainted with the darkness in order to eliminate the fear of it and learn to maneuver in harmony would make walking through this life seem more desirable? Your friend is the Dark is the 4th allegory in the sick like us collection. This part outlines and compares literal darkness and the feeling of darkness.

This is just a short piece to express my feelings about something I'm going through right now. It's only one part, essentially it is a poem. It felt good to get this all onto "paper" and not hold back. I hope you guys appreciate it, thank you for reading. much love ♡

Drowning even if you're coming up for air.

In these collected stories I've tried to explore the lives of dysfunctional characters, some based on case studies that I read from the works of psychotherapists, particularly Alfred Adler and Sigmund Freud, while I was reading for my degree in philosophy and psychology but, more so, from my observation of troubled people in true life, though via an imaginative leap to the fictional characters. In places, sometimes remote, there is a distinct sense of 'presence' if not ghosts but the 'Cupboard of Skeletons' is more a euphemism for people with dark or embarrassing secrets which haunt and test their lives and how the characters challenge fate and, against all odds, find something of their dreams. Cupboard of Skeletons reflects my fascination with dysfunctional characters in family life who may find that if life is a struggle, however dire it may become, it really is still better to try and fail than not to try at all; so that if the end to a novel is not happy - in a sentimental sense - the book judged as a whole should be affirmative of life, uplifting.
