One nameless adventurer stumbles into an underground catacomb and discovers a woman being attacked by a wryven(a humanoid dragon), saving her without question while nearly losing his life. Turns out, the woman was the dying Goddess of Chaos, and she gave him a name and a message: "O newfound Warlord, I dub thee Tenshin no Yūki. Go forth and do what I could not, let thou blade and thy men show Havilla the meaning of chaos." (A popular manga in Starlight Bloodlust that recently got an anime adaptation in Olympia.)
