The Captain was your priority. It hadn't always been that way, but that's how it was for awhile. He intimidated you at first. Of course he would, you were so used to working closer with the cordially superior Mike. But being Levi's assistant for nearly 4 years would obviously make you a little more comfortable, and of course, he eventually got used to you - grew to enjoy your presence, even. It was all going well. You were the perfect personal assistant for Levi, and the pair of you even shared what could've been called a friendship. Change brings about all sorts of trouble, though. The day that the Commander promoted you to a Squad Leader, things were different. You weren't his assistant anymore - couldn't be.
