A collection of stories inspired by a certain fairytale, centered around a cafe in Paris. Some of these will have multiple parts, others not. Quite curious, don't you think?

What starts off as a normal, if annoying, day turns into something strange. Beautifully blossoming branches are left outside your home, and mysterious notes start to appear. What on earth was going on?

Encounter monsters in the depths of the darkest forest. Sing with creatures from the deep blue sea. Chat with spirits, walk with the undead, dine with demons. Encounters with Monsters lets you live out your monster lover fantasies. EwM uses first-person pronouns exclusively and keeps description of the reader vague, so that readers of all races, genders, body types, and appearances can enjoy. EwM contains no smut, however, and that is not subject to change, so please go somewhere else if you want reader x monster smut instead of requesting it here. EwM is open to requests though, so let me know if you want to see a specific kind of monster and scenario in the next oneshot! Any monster from the public domain is allowed, from ancient mythology to classic literature, all the way up to modern day cryptids and urban legends!

I don't have much, but what fanfics I DO write will be stashed in here mostly for archiving purposes. Feel free to read them, though! :)

A collection of stories set in a very unique small town. Somewhere in the northeast, there's a small town hidden away in the embrace of a beautiful, dense forest. You'd never find it unless you were looking for it... and that's exactly what the monsters that live there are hoping for. Most of the earlier stories were written episodically and published as such; however, to minimize confusion and tediousness, I'm publishing all of their parts together as longer chapters.

For the tumble prompt: It was supposed to be your honeymoon. Instead, your ex had turned out to be a scumbag, so here you were. Alone. On a cruise through beautiful scenery. Sure you'd used their ticket price to upgrade your own, so you had a luxury suite instead of a small cabin. And sure, the food was good, and there were plenty of activities. But it felt like everywhere you looked you saw couples, and it was slowly killing you. As you sat alone at dinner (again) you found yourself interrupted: "Is this seat taken?"

In the worlds of tabletop RPGs, anything is possible. But what happens when some of that possibility bleeds into the real world?
