When young Cyril Jones is accused of murdur in 1937 at the age of 21 and then framed for 3 killings of inmates at a prison in America, he is sent to Alkatraz prison in 1941 and his life is officially over, or so he thinks. When some drugs he was offered in his origonal prison have some weird side effects two years later, it turns out his life isn't over, for an extremely long time.
