Back in Houston, Texas, Lauren Samuels was the class-A nerd in high school. She was the one who didn't have any friends, but didn't mind. After college, Lauren has now moved into the Windy City in hopes of becoming the best Nurse she can be. She's moved on from her past and is now a beautiful woman. She let go of the people who tortured her and is now levelheaded and determined to show everyone how amazing she is. But what happens when someone from her past reappears? Is it an omen or just a stupid joke? Will her friends turn their back on her, just as she needs them. Or will they help in her downfall?
