What do you want to be when you grow up?
A doctor? An engineer? A businessman? A writer?
Everyone asks the question.
Nobody asks what happens when the pressure becomes too much.
Arman is just another student trying to survive school in Bangladesh. Between exams, coaching centres, expectations, friendships, comparisons, embarrassing moments, laughter, failure, and the endless race for better marks, he slowly learns that school teaches him almost everything-except how to actually live.
From the first day of school to the final days before SSC, Arman grows up alongside the friends who make the ordinary days worth remembering.
But as one chapter of his life ends, another begins.
And with it comes a question he never expected to ask:
Was all of it worth it?
Things No One Taught Us is a coming-of-age story about friendship, academic pressure, growing up, the Bangladeshi education system, and the lessons that never appear on a syllabus.
Because sometimes, the things that matter most...
are the things nobody taught us.
