But sometimes, it is also better to keep holding on and wait for the perfect time for us to grow, and to love again. Was love this painful? Or is it really love? What if this is only an illusion to keep ourselves think that what we've felt is really love, not a part of our life that can break us apart. _________ This story is about two young people. Their friendship was full of smiles and laughter because they were both comfortable and happy in each other's company. But, suddenly the day came when one of them left without even saying goodbye. It had been several years since they had seen each other, so what would they do if they were to cross paths again? Will the love that one of them felt since they were young still remain? Or maybe not. Abangan!

Feeling attracted, falling in love and having a heart break. This cycle is a part of human life. So does a writer's. But when a writer falls in love and gets a heart broken, its just not a cycle that remains. It creates an art. Which will last longer than humans, longer than their own beloved. Seeking direction, he visits a bar where his friend Evangeline works, hoping to see if he'd enjoy working there during his gap year. But when his drunk friends barge in and harass her, the night spirals into violence, ending with Caleb getting punched and Evangeline throwing them out. She takes him to her home to patch him up, and as they talk, Caleb finally acknowledges that he's outgrown those friends and has no idea what path to take next. Evangeline encourages him to explore and use his gap year wisely.
