Who knows, someone out there might relate to this, so even if it helps one person (and even if that person is me) it's worth it. Some parts of this and what I went through I'm embarrassed by because there were times I was a shit person and I wasn't proud of some of the things I consciously did, but it happened and I don't want to leave it out to paint my life or myself as someone better than who I was, particularly if it's something that really had an impact on later life.
