Twenty five year old cult leader, Ryan Ross is mystified when a lawyer named Brendon Urie comes over to his town, where he rules supreme and talks to him about being sued by a man named Patrick Stump. Meanwhile, Frank Iero and Gerard Way are attempting to get married in Rossville. They can't get married because they assume that it's because they're gay, it's actually because Ryan is a lazy asshole. Mikey is trying to help Pete and Patrick sue Ryan so that his brother can get married, Ryan would get fined, and he would have to leave. Then the town would have no leader and his brother could finally get married and get the fuck out of the house.

Red Mackter is an average teenage boy. He's surrounded by his friends and best bud Imp Miller. Even though his appearance is attractive he's never had a girlfriend or boyfriend for that matter. He has feelings for Imp but refuses to accept them since he's never felt like that before. Imp Miller is a popular quarterback with multiple friends. He's openly gay and has no shame in flirting with other guys. He's loud and careless but can be kind and considerate when he needs to. He knows he has feelings for Red but pushes them aside not wanting to ruin his friendship. Will these friends accept their feelings, or will they grow apart because of them?
