[Author's note]: Welcome to my first attempt at a fanfic, I'll try to update every week so stay tuned (might change depending on uni finals ect), this story and its first few chapters are heavily inspired by renrink's comic renditions of reaper tale. So I highly recommend reading their comic as its what inspired me to make my own fanfiction. (the cover art is mine that's why its so bad I'll be changing it later on I just didn't want to upload someone else's art)

This is a Poth(Palette x Goth) story if you couldn't tell. It's mostly going to be wholesome so if this isn't the kind of ship/story you're looking for, ok. But otherwise please enjoy.

Reaper is a God who was forbidden from the Skies for a few months after raging and turning down his opposite, Life's, proposal for marriage. He roams the Earth even when he's not doing his job of reaping souls. He then meets a mortal, also known as Geno, who 'saves' him from shoplifters, but also got a cut over his chest in the process. Eventually, Reaper takes a huge interest in this mortal... He never thought a mortal had the courage to save another, even if it means putting their own life on the line. He develops feelings for the mortal, and wants badly to make love to him, even though Geno refused and is a stubborn tsundere. But finally, the few months of Death being banned from the Skies comes to an end, and the upper Gods commands him to marry Life. What will he do? Turns out that they're also Y/N's Soulmates. Chaos and hilarity ensues as they fight for the girl's heart and love.
