Liam found himself waking up in a mysterious elevator. Every day, the elevator stops at a random floor, and Liam can choose to enter that floor or stay in the elevator and wait for the next day. Is this a whole new world? At that moment, Liam unexpectedly awakened a mysterious system that could sense the dangers and treasures of each floor in advance. The Neighborhood is a contemporary, secular moral philosophy that emphasizes freedom of thought and expression, respect for all life, and devotion to knowledge. The Neighborhood is intended to be an open, inclusive, community dedicated to making the world a better place for all. The Neighborhood rejects the idea of religion, realizing that religions suppress the search for knowledge, oppose the growth of humanity and attempt to divide us and keep us fighting amongst ourselves. The Neighborhood embraces logic and the ethical pursuit of science in an attempt to improve the lives of all. This is what makes The Neighborhood the one true religion. In part one, The Book of Neighbors, introduces the best arguments against the major religions and replaces them with an updated worldview and morality. In part two, Breaking Bread expands on the first part and prepares Neighbors for interacting with others that are not familiar with The Neighborhood.

This is exactly what the title says it is. It is a collection of moments I tried to capture with words. Each chapter represents an attempt on my part to freeze a moment or a thought in time and conserve it in the shape of a poem. Wether this endeavour is being successful or not, that is for you to tell me. Author's Note: Please take into account that these are not conventional poems. They are written how I felt they should be written at the time I put them down. That being said, do not judge them based on the conventional criteria applied to poetry. Appreciate them for what they are.

Beautiful sisters in Islam and in humanity this is dedicated to you. The aim and objective of this, is to enable you to understand why you are so precious, and therefore have to cover up. But my beloved sisters, hijab is to be observed not only in how we dress but also in our actions, mannerisms and behaviour. Many sisters in this day and age, are ignorant of how proper hijab should be observed. To understand why we observe hijab, it is important to go back to the basis. First and foremost, we wear hijab because Allah told us to, in the Quran. We wear it because it is a form of worship. When Allah commands you to do something, you do it, purely because your Lord is telling you to. Whenever, Allah commands us to do something, there is always greater reasoning behind it. Allah makes ease for us and not hardship. Hijab is a protection for us. It limits the number of people who can see our beauty. Only the most deserving, our family and husbands can see our beauty.
