Why is that every time a guy approaches a girl with a biker helmet, they ultimately assume their out for dips and ask for my number. Can't a girl just bike for the sake of it? "Slut!" He spat purposely colliding next to me. Ouch that's going to leave a mark, I rub my ankle. Stupid ass! I sigh, story of my life. You don't know how much times I've been called that, why were boys such little cry babies when it came to competing? They needed a real biker to show them how it's done. I shoot him a dirty look and rev my engine to let him know that my heads exactly where it should be, in the game and I'm not backing down. I search the crowd for Tobias but nope no Tobias just old naked dudes pumping their fist in the air and former bikers holding up banners with children on their shoulders screaming excitedly. This is why I do it. To inspire, I was once a girl on my Daddy's shoulders too looking down at all I could be. Tonight wasn't about Tobias or Avalon, or Cooper. It was about me. For once I didn't care if Cooper, my childhood best friend hated me or Tobias the guy that showed me how to be fearless, to risk everything for everything couldn't be with me. For once I didn't give a damn, I wanted to hurt Avalon for everything he's taken from me, for using me as bait. But more than anything I wanted to show Tobias that falling in love again was not a weakness.

When Aaron and Jacqueline met they thought that maybe if they got together maybe their problems would disappear, but little did they know that Aaron's past and Jacqueline's ex-boyfriend would come back and bring problems to both of them... This is an ekphrasis poem in which I was inspired by Rachael Allen's 4chan poems--particularly, "Animu&Mango /a/" in which Allen narrates the pictures posted on the 4chan website from the anime LoveHina! I am in no way up to date on the Manga. The last chapter I read was in the 90's, so I am way behind. Please keep in mind I am writing off of my knowledge from what occurred in those chapters. *The lines, "Leave,/run away from me now/i don't know what i've become/but i know that anywhere is safer than here" is from Warsan-Shire's poem "Home".
