Tsumayoshi "Tsuna" is being raised by the Arcobaleno since he was young since his father and grandfather work for the mafia. when then the Arcobaleno come to Japan to get a break and meet his mother and twin brother who he hasn't seen since he was taken to Italy and becomes the sky Arcobaleno and the Vongola Decimo.
