She has gotten diagnosed with depression and anxiety and goes to her psychiatrist once a week to talk. She has been starting to struggle with school a lot recently and her sleep schedule is messed up, her life lust hangs on a thin wire. And the only reason there is a wire that's holding her up is because of some youtubers that doesn't even know she exists.
