While visiting Albedo, Kaeya gets affected by a concoction that removes his emotional filter forcing him to reveal everything he's feeling with no facade to hide behind. This completely overwhelms Kaeya because he hides away so many emotions and results in him regressing and in his little headspace calling for his big brother. Diluc agrees to look after Kaeya and a lot is revealed between the brothers.
