A short story about being recovered from an eating disorder yet how there are still those days where taking a bite of food is a little victory in itself. *Potential trigger warning* This short story is not mean to be negative.

Highschool sophmore Mila Anderson's life is turned upside down when her best friend, Cooper, is murdered and she's the one who finds him dead. But her grief is short lived when she later discovers she can still see and talk to him. She struggles with her feelings of sadness and joy, trying to keep herself sane and make it through high school without the most important person in her life by her side.
