Izuku has a healing quirk, it's very weak. He also has two more quirks called Blood Bath and feminine, Blood Bath is where he'll cry blood, sweat blood, pee blood, drool blood, make it rain his own blood, and make weapons out of blood, Feminine is where he's basically a girl. Unfortunately his dad died in a car accident after he was born and his mom died due to a villain attack. He finds out that his grandmother is the famous healer Recovery Girl. He wanted to be the next Recovery Girl, even if he's a boy. He acts like a girl and kinda looks like one, and that's enough for him to be the next Recovery Girl.
