Arthur Morgan had various forms of getting over the heart ache of his dear lover Mary Linton. A woman who often had him twisted up in ways that made a man feel foolish. Uknown to Arthur though is the living result of such; a seventeen-year-old daughter carrying most of his features that is traipsing across the countryside after the death of her mother. How many times will the father and daughter near miss each other before colliding in a substantial encounter. Charlotte (Cherry) Anne Morgan is what anyone would call a 'child born on the wrong side of the blanket'. Due to the many factors such as a one-night stand, an absent father and now a dead mother. She never knew her father yet was forced to carry the weight of his last name despite barely knowing any details about the man himself. When the shift of life forces her out of her childhood home and into the unknown plains outside of Armadillo, she builds up the courage that if she were to gather any fragments of his story that she'd seek him out and see where it leads her or maybe she'd just haul her sorry self to some church or orphanage becoming some celibate nun for the rest of her life. In the year 1878 the gang was small only Dutch, Hosea, and a fifteen year old Arthur but the family grew a little bigger when they find 9 year old Annabelle hidden away in an old wardrobe after just witnessing the deaths of her family. Overcome with shock and fear she can't remember anything but her first name and a few small flashes of memory. Forward to 1899 and the gang is a whole lot bigger, but not doing much better. The small girl from the wardrobe goes by Annie Van Der Linde and is now a wanted woman. Dutch being her adoptive father hasn't made life with the law too easy. Stuck in the depths of the mountains once again read as her story unfolds, her love for Arthur destroys her, and learn about what memories can't be redeemed.

"That your horse?" I ask, running my tongue over my teeth. "Yeah." Arthur replies, scratching the back of his head nervously. "Where'd you get him?" I ask slyly, eyeing the black Arabian that was hitched just feet away from me. "Saint Denis." In which a sly young horse robber attempts to steal one of Arthur's horses and ends up stealing his heart instead. Arthur Morgan x Female OC.

Miss Rose, the daughter of Duane Rose, the richest business owner east of the Dakota, is swept away after a robbery by the infamous Van Der Linde gang. But Arthur Morgan, young and angry, finds a softness within himself that no one had ever unearthed before, and the innocent lady snatched his heart like he snatched her from her life. Revenge is a dish best served with a smile.
