Darko Ivanovich Volkov is an illegal Russian immigrant down on his luck who hopped on the boat to America in hope of a better life. Instead he would find himself meeting The Van Der Linde Gang, committing more crimes than he did back in The Motherland. (This is one of my first stories. Sorry if it's bad. The game begins in 1911, where John Marston , a former outlaw, is taken from his family by the Bureau of Investigation. They state Marston will be granted amnesty if he brings the remaining members of his old gang to justice. Marston agrees and sets off to track down Bill Williamson, who now runs his own gang. Marston confronts Williamson at his stronghold, Fort Mercer, only to be shot and left for dead. Follow John Maston on his journey to bring his family back
