Thanks to the population law parents cant have more than 1 child and at 18 a dot appears on you hand red = dead, green = live, yellow = undecidable, purple = royalty, blue = switched dot.

In this century, 2120, the world struggles with overpopulation. The government tried to fix the situation numerous of times with no luck. They discovered another solution. Whenever a new born baby is born, they get a chip installed in their hand. At the age of eighteen, this chip will light up a color that decides your destiny. Green means you get to live, blue means someone gave you their life and red means you die. Twins get yellow, which means they have to chose which one gets to live and which one must die. Some people supported the idea, while others didn't. Those who survived were so tired of losing people they love for this that they began to meet up in groups and slowly build armies to stand against the government. They wanted a stop for this. If the dot is green, you live. If the dot is red, you die. The government is tracking you, they will find you if you do not conform. Society is changing.

Everyone, on their eighteen birthday gets a dot on their hand.
