When she was 16 after watching her sister Deborah die when both were captured and tortured in china she decided to become an agent. AU--Wally West lives, post-Endgame After Wally recovers from almost fading away in the arctic, Nightwing has become protective of his best friend and will do anything to make sure Kid Flash doesn't die--including jeopardizing a mission, disobeying Batman, and almost severely injuring the young heroes operating on the mission. Batman becomes furious and nobody has ever seen him so mad. Dick is drowned in criticism and when Wally joins in, he snaps. Dick storms off and runs away. He attempts to take his own life. At the last second, an arrow knocks the gun away from his head--however, the bullet grazed his cheek--and Dick passes out. All he remembers is RED. ((May be rated M later))

When Jason Todd returns to Gotham Tim Drake vows to avoid him but life rarely works according to plan. As Tim finds himself forced to work with Jason and Jason interacts with the family more they are all forced to deal with issues they'd rather avoid, even some non-Jason ones. This is set about two years after Bruce returns from being lost in time but no Batman Inc. and no dead Dami/Dick/Tim, etc (they really need to stop killing people). So my take on how things might have played out if Jason decided to come back and be part of the family with no reboot. Kori should not be flirting with the client. Jason had written it on the ratty rulebook that had seen far too much, just before the one which stated that they should never raid a client's fridge just to throw frozen underwear at said client. Jason forever regretted taking Roy on that job.
