A modern day scenario where Ross knows that Elizabeth is not what he needs but just can't seem to give her up!

I was reading the novels again then some blogs that set Demelza up to be the villain by seducing Ross. So let's start there and see how it could have led this saga to a different path.

This is story based off Poldark I've changed the names names and made it a modern day story Ross-Jake comes from a wealthy family unfortunately his father was the second son. So Jake decided to join the military to help pay to get a MBA in Business and Finance. Problem is Elizabeth- Misty his girlfriend decides to marry his cousin who already has the money and status without waiting. Francis -Heath and Peggy - Demelza. David - Dwight and Caroline is Cathy. The story is little different but the concept is the same.

This is a story of maybe it things would have been different if Demelza and Ross would have chosen different paths. I don't any right to any of Winston Graham's stories. This is something put together to help me make the story a little less upsetting to me. If you have the chance read the books and watch the Poldark series.
