Just working out the theory of Jane being Red John. What would've happened if Thomas McAllister wasn't Red John, but our own Patrick Jane? Just a oneshot. Hurt/drama/Crime and friendship.

Tho I guess the most of them will be English, since I - don't ask why - can imagine the scenes better in the original language. Uh, I have no idea what I'm talking 'bout. Post RJ and pre-Pike. Jane 'tricks' Lisbon into going on a date. The two are quite happy until things take a turn for the worst no one was expecting. Told from both character's POV.

Once upon a time, an agent named Lisbon fell in love with a cheeky consultant named Jane. Despite their effort to keep their relationship a secret, everyone found out anyway. With everyone, I mean a bazillion fans who'd do everything to get in contact with these two FBI agents, really, they'd do anything. Even if that includes making them break up with a devilish plan. Story takes place after ep 7x02 because why not. Disclaimer: I do not own the Mentalist or the characters. What I do own, are the fingers I'm using to type this story.

Part 2 story to „undercover ball" read that story first otherwise you'll be very very very confused. Jane catches Red John and something happened the night Jane and Lisbon shared.

They are working a case of a middle aged woman who was found dead on the banks of the Sacramento River. Along the way, Jane makes a little friend who is hiding more secrets than she appears to be.

The team is so close to catch Red John. Too close. That's why Red John kidnaps Teresa Lisbon. Jane's world is falling apart. Red John has killed his wife and daughter a couple of years ago. Why would he take Lisbon too? Red John won't stop haunting the consultant and he's still terrorizing his life after all those years. Questions are starting to pop-up in Jane's head. Will Red John kill Lisbon too? How will the team cooperate without their boss? Could he better run away so Red John won't hurt his only friends? The hideous serial killer is controlling his life. Kidnapping his friends.. Manipulating and even killing his family.. Will Jane eventually find happiness and love? And how on earth can the team manage to find the serial killer who they've been after for ten years, in one week? There are parts of JISBON, friendship, family, Jane in pain and angst in this story. I don't own the Mentalist, just my fingers I use to type with and my brains i'm trying to think with. Have fun reading, and don't forget to comment and to vote!

Lisbon suffers and accident, and jane agrees to take care of her, they have a wonderfull night together... will this bring cosequences? will this leave Lisbon in a terrible danger?

Teresa's apartment had daisies everywhere: on the floor, in her garden, and flower pots brimming with them could be found in every room. This was more then an addiction, the mutilated flowers attest to that. It looked as though she had plucked all of the petals leaving only ten petals left on each flower. All of the discarded petals lay trampled on the floor. "Teresa?" It's as though she's in a trance, her one focus is the daisy she holds in her hand. Jane tries again, waving a hand in front of her but getting no reaction. In one swift motion he abruptly takes the flower out of her grasp and Teresa's blank expression goes to one of confusion. "How-wait, why are you here?" "Lisbon I've been with you this whole afternoon."

Warning. If you haven't seen season 6 of the Mentalist yet, you shouldn't read this. Contains spoilers. Red John, everybody was busy searching for him, finding out who he was. And when they finally found him, he got killed immediately. Nobody ever questioned how he became such a terrible person? What was his life like before he started killing? Just a little peek inside the head and past of Red John before he brutally started killing people. Also, an idea of his thoughts during his time being a serial killer.
