Mikhail's traveling companion, a strange, bespectacled, man with a white cloak that concealed his whole form and trailed in the dust behind him but somehow never got the hem dirty, mystified him. The staff he held that was always able to heal Mikhail's wounds, no matter how many there were, more so. The Australium War between Gray Gravel Co. and Mann Co.'s reunited mercenary team has continued for months with no end in sight. Desperate for a game-changing solution, Medic sets to work on his next experiment, and Heavy isn't sure about playing along with the madman's vague plans. Heavy and Zhanna go back to their home in Siberia for Smissmas, bringing their respective partners - Medic and Soldier - with them. As with most families, not everything goes according to plan. Will they be able to put their differences aside long enough to enjoy the holiday?

Medic is having trouble sleeping, busy with work, when his friend and lover Heavy decides for himself that his Doktor needs sleep.
