Tommy Oliver along with his wife Kimberly Oliver were in Japan enjoying their 5th year anniversary. While walking they heard someone crying as they saw pudies around the kid. They went to help as one puffy managed to get to the kid but the next moment he used the Tiger Roar sending him back. Tommy and Kimberly knew this is the kid for being told by the prophecy about the chosen one to wield all red rangers powers. The kid's name is Izuku Yagi as he was all beaten up. He told them about him being neglected by his parents and abused by his twin sister and friends. Zordon appears with the Red Morphin Master, and they tell them that Izuku is the chosen one. Izuku asks if he could become a hero with this power, and they say yes making him happy. Tommy and Kimberly decide to adopt him and take him away from his past to make sure he becomes a kid while training for his powers. This is the Story of Izuku Oliver as the Forever Red Ranger.

Christopher Carver is the midnight grey Dragon-Shark-Wolf hybrid, well as the Aqua Dragon-Shark-Wolf ranger as well as also being Noah Carver's lol bro. He's also crushing on Troy Burrows. YES HE IS CRUSHING ON TROY BURROWS!! DON'T JUDGE ME PLEASE!!

Year 2005, during the SPD events, five new officers have been selected to become the new defenders of Earth as Grumm's right-handed man Scrogghead plans to launched an assault on Earth in 2005. The five officers became new power rangers. Later, five more officers joined and now their ten rangers which divided to two factions A-Squad and B-Squad.
