His best friend Denis has a so-called 'soulmate', and his parents tell him that they met with the string too. But Braden has never believed them, as he doesn't have a string himself. But sometimes people are wrong about things, and things start turning around when he meets Elijah, and the string appears.

As they secretly fall in love, their bond grows under the shadow of a society that forbids it. When Hae-won is promised to a powerful lord, she faces an impossible choice-follow the path laid before her, or risk everything for the life and love she truly desires. With courage and sacrifice, she escapes into the unknown with Jin-seo, building a new life far from the walls that once confined her. Years later, forgiveness finds its way home, and the hanok that once held silence now echoes with stories, learning, and love passed down through generations. *Beneath the Moonlit Hanok* is a celebration of quiet strength, the beauty of choosing love over fear, and the red thread that ties two souls across distance, time, and tradition. -

Hazel has completely fallen in love with her boyfriend. From the way he talks to the way he acts. But on her eighteenth birthday, her life is completely flipped over when her love turns out to be her soulmate, but so does another man. How can she, a normal almost average girl, keep this secret from society and still try to appease both boys feelings? Although it doesn't seem like she needs to, for one doesn't even want to be around her. But like I say, what happens if a disaster happens and they just happen to be stuck on an adventure of their lifes with only the three of them? ;) (just the joys of being the puppeteer) This story is based around an East Asian belief that was born from a chinese myth. Basically, everyone has their own soulmate, and you can tell who it is by following this red string that is attached to your pinkie and your soulmates pinkie. Alouth i tweaked a bit, and on your eighteenth birthday you meet your soulmate. You can not follow the string before then, or you'll end up on a wild goose chase. (So, this is actually my first story, not sure how often I'll update, and also sorry for the lame description. It's late, and I have school. XD But I just can't sleep so i said screw it.)

What if fate intertwined two lives in the most extraordinary way-only to tear them apart? "I love you," the note read in her palm. Akari chuckled weakly, pressing it to her forehead. "Is this all you can think of in a serious situation, stupid?" Akari, a spirited girl from the quiet town of Itomori, and Haru, a reserved boy from the bustling city, find themselves mysteriously swapping souls. Their connection begins with chaos and confusion-Haru awkwardly navigating Akari's lively world, while Akari tries to bring warmth to Haru's distant and guarded life. "You should smile more often," Akari once wrote in her notebook. "And you should stop skipping meals," Haru scribbled back. Their playful exchanges slowly evolve into something deeper as they uncover pieces of each other's hearts. Haru begins to remember fragments of a dark past-a time when Akari, even as a child, had risked everything to save him. But fate is not kind. Akari's health begins to fail, and with her last breath, she smiles softly, whispering, "We did it." Left behind, Haru carries their love and her legacy, determined to honor the girl who taught him how to live. But for him, it was not the ending he wanted and so he changed it. The Red Thread of Fate is a heart-wrenching story of love, sacrifice, and the unyielding bond between two souls. As the thread stretches, tangles, and eventually snaps, will their love prove stronger than time-or will it remain an unfulfilled promise etched in the stars?

"She used to say that my dad and her were destined to be together, and look what happened? I couldn't bring myself to believe anymore. Then.. Then I met you, Pope.. and I realised that the universe truly had orchestrated my whole life to bring me together with someone. You." But when she leaves JJ to deal with his alcoholic, abusive father at just ten years old, JJ loses all hope. For if her and his dad were destined to be together like she said they were, like the red thread of fate legend said they were, why did she leave? And if it was all a lie, that meant JJ would never find the person who was created and destined to be with him. But then, he meets Pope. All anxiety and calm tied together in a sweet, joyful package that made JJ's heart race whenever he spoke or whenever his stunning hazel eyes would catch his. But also the one person he could not have. Just how much can JJ take of not being able to express his feelings before everything comes pouring out? This is published also on my AO3 account linked in my bio!!
