I don't hate George Lucas or the Star Wars prequels. I never have. Even when I first realized that these movies weren't as good as the originals back in high school. But it sure didn't stop others like myself to make some changes to make more sense from a cinematic standpoint. If this version does sound like the one we got, it's because I used it as a base. I also wrote this about a couple of years ago, but I decided to finally share it with the public.

This is the revamped version of my earlier fanfiction, "Harry Potter Redux". In the revamped edition of the Harry Potter series, Harry is re-imagined as a hero who takes his fate into his own hands; in doing so, he forever changes the wizarding world. Beware of a Ravenclaw Harry, a cruel Dumbledore, unfriendly Ron and Hermione, and a dangerous Lord Voldemort. This story takes place during "Harry Potter & the Sorcerer's Stone". Harry grows up with a series of relatives, content to live in his own world and not have anything to do with magic. But magic still comes and he is taken to a world that celebrates him, which he hates. In order to combat this unwanted fame, Harry goes to Ravenclaw, where he makes new friends and defies Dumbledore's plans to turn him into his personal warrior.

I admit it, my focus this time was to pretty much save certain things from Disney's EUcide (plus inventing a few things of my own). But on the plus side, Anakin and Padme's romance is no longer as painful. This as well as my Revenge of the Sith rewrite were written at about roughly the same time as my Phantom Menace one.
