What happens when the once bright and hopeful yet painful and harsh world is stained red and hanging on by a thread before falling into the deep abyss that is death and destruction with only one person to bare its weight on their shoulders?. * This is my first story on here so it might not be as well as I hoped but we will see I guess won't we? A loner guardian decides to finally join a fireteam. Amidst clashing heads and growing bonds, the Red War begins. -This is something I wrote a few years back without the intent of posting it anywhere. Decided I might as well since I might try writing more about Maxis and Shy'ra here soon. I might explore what happened during the time skip that happens and I'm definitely going to be going forward with the events after the Red War. If anyone reads this, I would greatly appreciate some feedback on what I could do to improve. -All rights of Destiny 2 go to the original owners. This is is a work of fan fiction using characters from the source material as well as original ones inspired by the source material.

Arjun has been considered "The Guardian" for quite some time. How does holding such a title affect a person? After coming out of the Red War, Arjun realizes that they've got some discovering to do, and some growing to commit to. Basically a Destiny 2 story (or collection of stories) with some Destiny 1 references. I could've written out the Destiny 1 stuff but honestly I'm too lazy so you get the tidbits. Enjoy! Also the title art is my own :) P.S: This work is now no longer canon and will not be continued as I want to do a rework of Arjun and Gwaine as well, so this is out there for fun more than anything else. I may or may not rewrite a story for the characters, but we'll see if I'm still interested in Destiny by then! Either way, Enjoy

A fanfic for Bungie's Destiny the game, celebrating the game's Solstice of Heroes holiday. Guardians weren't the only heroes during the Red War. The Solstice of Heroes is a holiday of the Last City, celebrating the anniversary of Six Fronts and our past victories. The annihilation of the Hive from two years ago left the world at peace finally. With the death of James-17 hopefully being the final nail in the coffin, leaving the world to finally rebuild from the devastation from the darkness from ages ago. However, a new threat is on the horizon, one that requires old enemies to unite. The world will crack and break, and the thunderous footsteps of war will return to Earth. And this time, light will not be enough.

Titans, strong...mighty. Warlocks; wise...powerful. Hunters; fast...and deadly. Me? I'm a Hunter. Not a big fan of fireteams. Much rather working alone with nothing but a good ol' Flaming Gun and a knife. Cayde personally sends me out on reconnaissance missions that Zavala or Ikora wouldn't usually approve of. And I'm okay with that. Zavala is too busy being a leader to go on the front lines and Ikora 's always got her nose in a book with her Warlock...iness. Cayde is the only one I actually like. Partly because he's a Hunter...and Exo, like me. According to Cayde...I'm the best Hunter he's ever seen...second only to him, of course. The name's Charlie-37...and I realize...that I'm probably boring you right now. But hey, wait till you meet this mystery Exo lady. I don't know her name. But I sure as hell would like to know. But of course...something got in the way...some big ugly Cabal...named...Gary, or, uh, something along those lines. I don't know. Don't really care. But he messed with my Light. A brief tale about a Guardian's troubles with the fallen.

When you want to play a video game, you log on and start doing what you wanna do. Right? Not in this case, exactly. It's a bit different when you get stuck in the game, alone- in the middle of a war, no less. There's no escape, from what you can see. Do you help fight the war or change history by acting as a spy and murdering Cayde and Ikora for the Cabal?

The Red Empire is a colossal, technologically ascending civilization that has traded the unpredictability of biology for the cold, calculated precision of the machine. It is a faction defined by its "Crimson Tech"-a unique branch of engineering that allows for self-evolving weaponry and planetary-scale construction. They do not conquer for worship; they conquer to integrate all matter into their superior system.

This is a story about a hunter named Echo-4, he's been a guardian for some time now and has gotten quite comfortable going on patrols in the cosmodrome, until the hunter vanguard Cayde-6 assigns him with two hunters fresh out of the grave for Echo to look after. Little did he know this would change Echo's life forever.

Because of the betrayal of one, Ravine SwordCleaver's peaceful life in a farming village is shattered by Ravagers, an old enemy of the Seven Clans of Thathia. Her mother and father are taken captive as slaves by the betrayer, and Ravine makes a promise that she will come for them. But first, she has to locate her brother, who went missing in the aftermath of the raid. And it's not going to be easy, but Ravine wants nothing more than to get him back. And when she does, she's going after the one who betrayed them, to fulfill her promise to her family. Along the way she makes unusual friends, embitters enemies, and becomes known in her land as the Sword Maiden. The Sword Maiden is a clean, fun, adventuresome fantasy saga with swords, mysterious men, quirky characters, old-fashioned villains, movie-star worthy horses, and actual morals. It's realistic but with a dash of unrealism, as all great stories are, fun and also serious, and full of messiness. ..... Please note that I started writing this story in 2020, so the first chapters are not my best writing and I have improved. The cover was provided by Proverbs31_29 , whom is sadly not on Wattpad anymore that I know of. Updates are sporadic at the moment, but rest assured, I will not give up on this story! I enjoy its characters, world, plot, and readers too much to do that. The Sword Maiden is not a book, nor a series, but more of a saga at the moment. With all that said, please enjoy!
