This is a RWRB AU based off of the movie 27 Dresses. Henry has held secret feelings towards his boss, James, for a while now. That gets messed up when he has to plan the wedding for James and his sister and he meets a charming reporter, Alex, on the way. disclaimer: i don't own any of these characters except for the ones I made up.

Henry knows this dumb, he knows that this would most likely be a joke and that what he was about to do would be perfect rip apart material by the press. He can't live with himself however, if he can't say goodbye to Alex one last time like he was supposed to.

Major Alt Canon where instead of Alex going to London to confront Henry, Alex ends up having a massive heart attack. As for Henry? Well, he just wants to be lying in the bed beside him as the guilt is killing him.
