Melody dreams of life on the land. Everyday she swims to the surfact to watch him on his boat, sailing around in the water to his heart's content. The King of Atlantis, not pleased with his daughter's silly daydreaming, decides on two perfect mermen for Melody to choose from. Unwilling to follow her father's wishes, Melody wishes for a way out. Just before it's too late and she may be stuck with a fish tail forever, she and her Blue Tang friend, Blue, discover a way for her to possibly get closer to the mysterious sailor.
