With great struggle, Parker shuts out the persistent voice and reaches a hand up to the door, knocking on it firmly three times with a singular knuckle. After a long time spent growing but not emerging, Parker is certain he's ready to break out of his arrogant shell. OR Parker (tan) finally acquires the balls to ACTUALLY tell Aston (blue) he loves him.

"I just - I don't think anyone has ever made me feel the way you make me feel and it's fuckin' weird, man. It's hard to navigate." Parker sputters out meekly, not daring to look at Aston for a second time. The silence that followed only stretched on for a few seconds at least, but to Parker even 20 seconds felt too long. A twinge of panic creeps up his spine and raises goosebumps on the back of his neck; no matter how hard Parker tried to still his shaking hands, they only grew worse with each passing second. He prays it isn't as noticeable as it feels.
