Remi remember the day her mother promised to come back to retrieve her from her wicked father. But when the day came and she was no where to be seen, instead her father sold her off to a noble in a foreign land. He fabricated that she was kidnapped in secret. Remi had gone through a rough time while traveling to a foreign land with her kidnappers along with the many people who were enslaved with her. She finally escaped from her kidnappers when they find out she was ill and deemed her damaged good, tossing her limp body onto the streets where a kind older man found her. The older man took her in, cared for her like his own. Years later, as she grew into a beautiful, stunning young lady, she could not keep other young men's eyes off of her. But there was a young men indeed who would give her many hardships and obstacles she must go through in order to find her family once more and live a happy ending.
