23 year old Sean McLoughlin better known as Jack seemed to have his life in order. He had everything he'd ever want and more. Until he has a "fun" night with his boyfriend will and that changed everything. Will leaves Jack soon after. It's been 6 years since then. Jack now has a daughter named Hannah McLoughlin.
