life in 1980's was magical. rock and roll was at its peak thanks to the likes of Bon Jovi, Guns n' roses and many more. but one artist stood out in particular, maybe it was due to her young age, the way her lyrics captivated people's hearts and drew people in to hear her play. like a drug people wanted more. more singles. more concerts. more tours. they wanted more of chelsea dean. however, in 1990, she tragically passed away at the age of 18. grief swept the rock fandom, and hundreds lined up outside her resting place to pay respects to her and her family. flash forward to 2010. chelsea wakes up in a strange place. everything is not like how she remembered. she now not only a to adapt to the future world, but to being a ghost as well. 10 years later she bumps into a stranger on the streets. a week later he's all over youtube. with her curiosity peaked, she goes to visit the viral julie and the phantoms. and that changed her afterlife forever.

After Caleb catches them once, Luke and Reggie change their strategy and use Caleb's expectations against him. In the end, they successfully outsmart Caleb and escape together, proving that Luke never truly gave up.
