It's been 8 years since the events of electro ice and a new group of conduits have arisen. With the help of some old friends, Clare, Brett, aron and adara must save Seattle from a old enemy.

Ten years have passed since the Purge of Conduits and the end of the plague, but the story doesn't end there. A street artist joined with his brother, a local cop journeys to the city of Seattle in the hopes of saving their people, but the enemy will not come quietly. Can these two brothers do the impossible? Or will the Ghost of the Past prevent the brothers from completing their mission?
