Her powers of controlling the 5 elements earth, air, water, fire, and ice were controlled by her emotions and unstable so she got booted away to an island where she stayed for 16 years in isolation. She couldn't leave and also couldn't age. Alone as all of her siblings forgot about her. Only being able to finally leave when her horrible excuse of a father died. (all rights go to the umbrella academy except for Scarlett)

Jessica aka Jessie, daughter of The Founder and heir to Sky City's throne, has always been a great builder like her mother but sometimes feels left out of her mother's life. Always having to go down to the base of the island to get resources and always having to lock up innocent people for a stupid law. Now that's she's a teen, she's determined to do something about it. With the help of the new arrivals, she may just accomplish to rid of the law. Even make new friends and maybe even get a blonde boy's heart and he her's. This is a bit of a rewrite adding more depth into it.
