Dark Regions Press was created in 1985 by Joe Morey. Many years later Joe's son Chris Morey would start working on Dark Regions Press and would eventually take it over. Since being the legal owner of Dark Regions Press, Chris Morey has managed the business as it paid over half a million dollars to authors and artists, reaching this important milestone in early 2021.

A massive hydroelectric project unlike anything the world has ever seen is being built in the furthest northern regions of Quebec. Funded by huge American oil conglomerates, tobacco companies and other International institutions, project HOPE (Hydro Ocean Powered Electricity) will generate enough electrical power to supply more than half of North America’s energy needs. What could possibly go wrong? The world may be thrown of its axis and spin out of control. The fate of the world and its people is uncertain. Will the money people understand that the project must be put on hold? Would they believe Solomon’s explanation after he was the one who convinced them that the project was not only feasible, but also very doable? Would the greed for profits overshadow the tremendous loss of human lives that would surely occur if dollars were more important than lost souls? How far would they go in order to insure that project HOPE went ahead on schedule? Could they realistically be stopped considering their unlimited resources? LIGHT UP THE WORLD answers those questions and proposes viable solutions to this new age problem. Its unexpected ending will leave readers not only satisfied, but also enlightened. In an energy-starved world whose basic existence depends on mass consumption, renewable energy sources are an undeniable factor for its very continuance. Our story offers hope, but also spells out the necessities that must be taken to insure that that day will soon arrive.

*It will be ages before I get around to writing this one* This is a spin-off story about the history of the Ochula tree, mentioned in my main book, "Regions of Saleen." The Ochula tree is thought to hold the souls of the gods worshiped by the followers of Saleen. Jason, determined to become one with the powers of a god sets off on a journey into a forest alone, in search of spiritual awakening. Once deep inside the forest he sees a figure in a dark black cloak running among the trees. Thinking this is a sign sent by the gods, he follows the figure only to find out they are capturing the gods in a attempt to become the sole ruler of the world. Jason has to find a way to save the gods before the cloaked figure can claim control, but not everyone agrees with his ideas, and in his effort to save them conflicts will arise from the many that would try to put a halt to his plans.

Jadeite and Nephrite have been friends since they were just toddlers. Having been fascinated with the fighting spirit that both their parents displayed during Pokémon battles, the young children vowed to become the strongest trainers in the region. They challenged, exchanged advices and played with each other every day, laughing and chatting for every second together. For ten years, Nephrite waited for her return. On his fourteenth birthday, he started his journey towards the Pokémon League, asking Professor Linden if he could be one of the trainers to explore and capture all the Pokémon. After mastering his first burst heart he runs away from pallet town. Join him on his first journey of mastering burst evolution,while Coal studies hard for his journey to find his missing twin.

I've never been taught proper geography. I've lived in Australia my whole life and only in grade 7 did I learn that Brisbane was just a city and not a whole state. And then in grade 8 I only just learnt that Sydney is not state and just a city. In grade 7, I had a wonderful science teacher who also taught history, so we learnt a lot about Ancient Egypt from them. The first actual piece of geography I ever learnt was from them, and it's that Egypt is both an African and Asian country as it sits on the border of both continents.
