Pixie's all time favorite color was yellow. She wore yellow all the time, it kept her mind happy and it made the people around her happy. Pixie associates people with colors, ever since she read her favorite book, she always looked at people as if they were colors. Her best friend Angelica wore mostly pink, she was flirty and fun. Juliette Quartz, a hardworking lifeguard from Hawaii, arrives at Bondi Beach in Australia, hoping to enjoy a relaxing vacation. She also plans to attend her best friend's wedding, which is the main reason she came to this country. But her dreams of leisure are shattered when she finds herself in the middle of a rescue operation. She jumps into the water and saves several people from drowning, showing her skills and courage. Her heroic act does not go unnoticed by Hoppo, the head lifeguard of Bondi Beach. He is impressed by her performance and offers her a job as a volunteer lifeguard. Juliette is flattered by his offer, but she is not sure if she wants to work during her vacation. She asks for some time to think about it. After three hours of deliberation, she decides to accept his offer and join the lifeguard team. She thinks it will be a good opportunity to learn from the best and make some new friends.

Isabella Kyrano, is a young 20-year-old girl from Perth. When Isabella moves back to Sydney and is given the honour of becoming a new trainee at Bondi, she will experience love, new skills and a tragic accident which will change her life forever, and to add to that, what if the past comes back to haunt her? Growing up 27-year-old Milla Fox spent her childhood surfing on Bronte Beach letting the thoughts of the life her parents had mapped out for her wash away with the waves (a boring accounting job and a level-headed husband). Instead she dreamt of an exciting modelling career that would take her all around the world. After three years of modelling she quits, realising it was not as exciting as she thought it would be (starving and working out three hours a day five days a weeks was not really how she defined exciting). Instead her father decides to retire from his own business (a driving school) and asks Milla to take over. Having nothing to go back to except college, which is not really exciting her much, she agrees to take on the business. But being Sydney's hottest driving instructor isn't always a bad thing as some customers insist on extra lessons, which is good for the business, but she also meets Iris Rose, who is about to introduce her to the man she has been waiting for, Michael Jenkinson, but has he been waiting for her? This is a Bondi Rescue story.

Hoppos daughter, haven, finally comes back to bondi after being in college for marine biology. She learned that although she loved what she was learning she wanted to still be a lifeguard like she was before college. So she came home and met some new friends along the way.

But being naturally unlucky could cause a few problems for the lifeguards - will they be able to protect her or will she quickly become a burden? • This book is based on the TV programme 'Bondi Rescue' and may contain a few scenarios from the series.
