Unluckily, Furuya Rei was caught out to be a NOC, a PSB officer, and became the test subject for this experiment. In the labs section of the organisation, he was locked up, with 2 scientists visiting him on a daily basis. Rum's brainwashing would take too long, this drug would be much more effective, and so, Furuya Rei was drugged.
