It's the year of 2030, where Gensokyo residents have to adapt its cultures and technologies from the leftover of the outside world... all while maintaining the fantasy barrier, that keeps them well and alive. The usual rules between human and youkai still applies. Following the events of the previous games, youkai soon began to swarm the Hakurei Shrine, prompting Reimu Hakurei and Marisa Kirisame to seperately head for a lake in the mountains, which appears to be the source of a tremendous power surge. The two reach the gateway underneath the lake, which teleports them to a strange dream world, in which the mansion Reimaden exists, where the mastermind supposedly is. *This is the story of Lotus Land in Touhou, I do not own it, and I've only put it on wattpad for people to enjoy it!*

Reimu is a Shrine Maiden loved by Youkai. Her main role was to exterminate them and even if she did solve tons of Incidents in Gensokyo, that role wasn't fulfilled at all. She even have an Oni (Suika Ibuki) living at Hakurei Temple. Soon she will have to face the consequences of that divine law's transgression. But she's not alone. This story could be considered a self-insert, however it is also an OC and projection character for many others. This character is going to travel the multiverse and do things that will change up the meta. This story serves to provide a backstory and how the character grew to be as powerful as he is. Now you must be asking, how'd he get that strong? Reincarnation? Isekai? No, he had nothing going into Gensokyo, no powers whatsoever, just a bit of luck and intelligence. No handouts. Warning, there are strong themes and one singular lemon.
