It's been 4 years since The Connor Project reached its fundraising goal, and the orchard was rebuilt. Along with that, it has also been 4 years since the day that Jared stormed away from Evan, tears slipping quickly down his cheeks, trying to hide them with his arm screaming "Fuck you, Evan! I got a book where it begins with a prompt, and this is me completing it. These stories will vary from fandom to fandom and all the chapters are it's own story. Basically a oneshot book. One day, Michael is in the shower when Jeremy finds a notebook with a song written, apparently by Michael, describing sucidal thoughts and deep depression at abandonment. And when Jeremy reads the line 'Michael in the bathroom', he realized just how bad he messed up. Inspired in part by the Dear Evan Hansen novels, where Zoe was the one who wrote 'Requiem' and 'Only Us', but it was Michael who wrote 'Michael in the Bathroom'. He takes his gift for me up from the ground and hands it to me over the table. I take it from him and set it in front of me. I take out the tissue paper. There's a medium sized box sitting in the bag. I take it out and open it up. Inside is a bundle of envelopes tied up with a string. I take them out and observe them. I look at him with a questioning look. He bites his lip as he smiles. "They're letters. I started writing them to you a long, long time ago when I first realized that I liked you. Way back in senior year." He explains.
