This poem is inspired by the anime "Naruto/ Naruto Shippuden" and in that especially the love of the girl to a boy who never seemed to have noticed her or even care about her. I wrote this poem because I simply fell in love with the pairing of Sakura and Sasuke, even though this might never happen. Of course I do not mean to offend other ships because I respect other ships.

"Niall." I test his name on my tongue. The name seemed to linger on m tongue, giving a jittery feeling to my heart. My eyes changed into a shade of glowing dark red instead of my hazel ones with me realizing. His eyes widen in surprise but what was a greater surprise for both of us was the word that came out of my mouth. I never would have thought that I could lose control so easily at the sight of my mate. That's right. It was the exact confirmation that escaped my lips. It could happen to pure-blooded vampires, who were born as vampires, especially to the young ones, in some cases. However, I wasn't supposed to lose consciousness just like that. "Mate!" I growled, almost in an animalistic tone, my eyes glowing brightly and my blood boiled with excitement. Gasps were heard from everyone present in the room. But I didn't care. By now, I was feeling like a predator and my prey was just before me, ready to be captured. I was about to jump on him so that I could claim him as mine, but Dad interjected and held me back from the shoulders. The first instinct that came to me was that eliminate this obstacle and reach my mate. *~*~*~* What would happen when the sunshine who always dreamed of meeting her mate one day and live a happily ever after just like her parents actually meets her mate?
