Reki felt guilty for leaving Langa that way. If only his jealousy hadn't overcome him, Reki might have been able to tell Langa. He would've been able to tell him that he was leaving. He would've been able to tell him that they might not see each other again. Langa couldn't believe Reki had felt Okinawa without saying a word to him. If only he had the courage to talk to him before he left. Maybe, if Langa had stepped up and ended the fight, Reki would've told him. Maybe, Reki would've never left in the first place. The "if only's" the two teen boys held when thinking about each other built up day by day. Those thoughts circling through their head constantly. The only things they wish they could've done before separating for the final time.

Langa, Reki and Miya have finally have fulfilled the first step to their dream - they participate in the Olympics in Tokyo But when they arrive, Langa's board is confiscated because it's against the skateboarding rules. Langa replies stubbornly that if he can't use the board Reki made for him, he'll drop out. Luckily, their "skating parents" Cherry and Joe are at the Olympics, too and help them out. Will they all still be able to participate? And will one of them win gold in the end? And who?

Finding out that his best friend (and crush) was a vampire, was not on Reki's to do list for this school year. Not that he's complaining, otherworld abilities are really useful in the skating world, and it was a small plus that Langa could beat anyone who tried to mess with Reki. Thrown in the world of vampires, Reki must learn to hold his ground with nothing to help him but his own wits and questionable life choices. Obsessed with the idea of his 'Eve', Adam will do anything to get what he wants, even if it means using the redhead human to do so. Langa just wants to skate with Reki and keep him safe. Which would be easier if he stopped running into trouble around every corner. The others are wondering how one human can end up in so many dangerous situations they're left questioning if Reki has any self-preservation instincts at all. It doesn't take long to realise Adam will stop at no lengths to get what he wants; can the rest of the team keep Reki safe despite his stubbornness that he doesn't need protecting? Joe and Cherry are confused when they became parents, Shadow is confused why Reki is stealing his flash bombs, and everyone is sick of the mutual pining between two idiots in love.
