Ranging from his highest to lowest points in life, getting a job at the busiest sex club in town was not even close. From working busy days and nights, struggling mentally, playing crowds, and even going as far as to trying to take his own life, he still felt held back, even after moving to a new town, serving drinks and doing stage runs just to end up spending it all on the bare minimum.

A person motivated you enough to start poetry, then you confessed and gave him all the 37 poems that was made in a span of 3 months he rejected you yet you both became platonic bestfriends. short, yet it was lived fully, the greatest persé, you stopped after 3 months because school was over and he got in a relationship out of respect, fully you pulled back all your feelings. 1 year and 7 months later, they've long gone broken up. platonic bestfriends went on an outing yet you realize why, what made, and how, you liked this guy. Your poetry evolved mature and now another collection begins. [Hey guys you might see revamped versions of the poems written in "Affection of the Universe for Me". Also this collection will be a mix of prose and poem]

Again this is a sequence to my other storie "how can i move on when im still inlove with you" but now im in the current life of my self rn and im grade so lets get started 🙂

I once knew a girl. She had jet black hair. Long and straight. She wore Jean overalls and sneakers to school. She was short, stubby and cute. Most days she was happy but her temper was scary. She played on the neighborhood streets with her family and friends, she was a good kid who grew up with good values and believed in a fair and just world. Suddenly at the age of 10 it all changed. Her big brown gleaming eyes saw more, she began to see the world as it was and that. . . That was where it all went wrong. (I write this with a heavy heart as the story that unfolds is based on true events and raw emotions. I chose to write this in a way it's easy to read and with the intent for it not to be as dark as it actually is.)

Ten years ago, the center of Grayson Caswell's world walked into his life. She was 9. Now she is 20, and definitely not the scared and sad little girl he first saw on the side of the road that night. Ten years ago, everything was ripped away from Sadie Lessard's life as she knew it. Left for dead on the side of the road, she thought she had no hope, until she stared into the silver eyes of her rescuer. Now it's ten years later and they are no longer the young kids they were before. Now they no longer see each as brother and sister and the lines between friendship and love are getting blurred. With Sadie's ghosts coming back to haunt her in her head and Grayson's growing feelings for her and his irrational jealousy of any guy that looks at her, is when you must decide if you are going to take what you want before it slips away.

This is the story of a fifteen year old girl who struggles deeply with mental illness, self injury and multiple other things and her story through hospitals relapse and attempts at recovery coming from an author who has also been through plenty of this.
