This is some short story's of my experiences with self harm, relapsing, and telling people.

When you feel like you've lost everything, take a look around. Look at what you still have. Hold on tight because it's not going to be easy. No one said this would be easy. But my best friend is close to death, and I'm about to relapse again. This story is how my friends saved me. There's always an end to something. There's always pain in your life. My life is a roller coaster but one that stops and never moves on.

Where is this going to get me? I only want Freedom. Is that too much to ask? "This is how I get by Kayla. This is me. If you don't like it then I'm sorry. You can just have your name added to the list of who left. If you walk out right now, don't bother coming back. Because I won't be here." She picked up her shoes and slipped her feet in. A collection of non-fictional poetry that opens up my life page by page. This book speaks about healing, from the messy parts to the clean parts. It highlights my relationship with my Lord and savior Jesus Christ, how I have relapsed in my healing journey and most importantly, how with the help of God and my prianceé I manage to pick myself up.
