It's never going to be low-key. Anything and everything that can happen will happen. Jocey Hills is what some people may call the popular girl or the queen bee but she's just a normal teenager who was lucky in the genes department. Perfect grades, perfect looks, perfect reputation. Everyone wants to be with her or wants to be her and guess why? She's perfect. Ben Author is just the typical rich boy. That's what everybody sees him as. He might be popular but he doesn't really have any friends. Similarly, he just wants to graduate. High school is just full of fake people who only pretend to care about you because they find you attractive. It's not weird for a cheerleader to be friends with a jock but it's different because this is not a regular school. From this friendship they get to realise that there are people who can see you beyond your stereotypes.

At Aiden's place he had 4 room mates. Alli who is his girlfriend and his fiancé now. Readen who is one of his bestfriends since grade school. And last but not least, Ryder . Ryder is Readen's little brother who is the same age as Katie. Katie's step brother decided to take care of her and keep her safe, to do this she moves across town from her old home to this beach side house and now she has to go to the same school with Ryder that supposedly was the bad boy/ player and her football star boyfriend who she'd seen with another girl on the beach. Ryder's sending her mixed emotions. Does he really care? Or is she just another girl? Is she just a friend? Read and find out.
