Debu (20) and Ronnie (18) have been next door neighbors for sometime but have never got a chance to meet. When the later returns home for his first semester break from college, they bond over the art of kite flying on their shared flat terrace. As attraction blooms between them, Ronnie's return to college and Debu's stagnant life here looms over their future together.
