Hello, this is a book about my dr's (desired realitys) a dr is somewhere you go to get away from the life around you. It's a place of calming things you like, and you go there to get away from the stress in the real world. I will be discussing the myths, my dr's, the things you may want to do before shifting and loads more like that. All said above will eventually all will have been covered. If you do have any questions that have not yet been discussed then please feel free to leave your questions in the comments. Dont feel embarrassed if you think your question is silly, I will answer it and you shouldn't feel your questions seems silly because myself and others may think differently.
